Contract Type: CDD – 6 months

Relocation: Not provided (Candidates must already be located in Mainland Portugal)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00

Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Job Description

We are looking for a Dutch- and English-speaking Customer Service professional to support users of a leading Digital Wallet platform. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat by providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

Assist users with inquiries related to digital wallet features, transactions, and account issues

Provide high-quality customer support across various channels

Identify and escalate technical issues when necessary

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Based in mainland Portugal (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Previous customer support experience is a plus

Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 1100€ x 14 months

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment

Health insurance:

– Available from day 1 (small monthly contribution)

Free after 6 months of contract
