Your Responsibilities

Content & Advertisement Moderation

• Review user-generated content and online advertisements to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Proactively identify and remove content that violates internal guidelines.

Trust & Safety Operations

• Monitor digital ecosystems to maintain a secure and positive online environment.
• Detect and mitigate potentially harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content.

Risk Identification & Escalation

• Recognize and escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams.
• Strictly follow established protocols for handling sensitive and high-priority content.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain meticulous records of moderation activities and decisions.
• Contribute to the quality and consistency of global moderation processes.

Please Note: This role involves the regular review of sensitive content. This may include, but is not limited to, scenes of violence or other disturbing material. Resilience and professional detachment are essential.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Proficiency:
• Norwegian: C1 level or higher (Native or near-native fluency).
• English: B2 level or higher (Professional working proficiency).
• Analytical Excellence: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to make swift, accurate decisions based on complex, nuanced guidelines.

Working Schedule & Environment

We operate a 24/7 global coverage model to ensure platform safety at all times.

• Shifts: Rotational 8-hour shifts.
• Days: Monday to Sunday (including weekends).
• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 working days).
• Location: On-site at our modern office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Compensation & Relocation Package

We make your move to Bulgaria as seamless as possible!

• Monthly Salary: €2,100 Gross.
• Relocation Bonus: €1,500 Gross (paid in two installments) to assist with your relocation and initial rent.
• Accommodation: 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival to help you settle in.
• Housing Support: Dedicated assistance in finding your long-term home in Sofia.
• Training: Comprehensive, paid on-site training provided to ensure your success.
