Your Role

Email, chat, and support tickets

Account and platform-related questions

Troubleshooting and problem-solving

Providing professional and empathetic customer support

No content moderation involved — this is a pure Customer Support role.

Salary & Benefits

€1,240.17 gross/month if you arrange your own accommodation
