Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. You will listen, respond, and mediate between international travelers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service.

You will handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following established processes via email and phone.

Requirements

  • Danish: C2 level and advanced English
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
  • Positive and motivated attitude to handle challenging customer situations
  • Goal-oriented approach to work
  • Flexibility and openness to changing priorities and business processes
  • Affinity with accommodation or travel platforms
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus

Benefits

Contract

  • 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
  • Available shift: 09:00–20:00 (rotational)
  • Salary: €22,249 gross per year
  • Initial temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs
  • 27 working days of holidays per year
