Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Portuguese time)

Starting date: 13/July

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: 1100€ (paid over 14 months)

Performance Bonus: 175€ (paid over 11 months)

Attendance Bonus: 75€ (paid over 11 months)

Meal allowance: 7.6 Euros per working days

About the Role
We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international airline support team. In this role, you will assist passengers throughout their travel journey by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will interact with customers through phone, email, and other support channels while delivering professional, empathetic, and solution‑oriented support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
Assist passengers with flight inquiries, reservations, schedule changes, and travel information
Support customers with baggage-related issues and travel disruptions
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality
Provide clear and accurate information about airline policies, procedures, and services
Escalate complex cases when necessary following internal procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction
Requirements
Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
Good English skills (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions
Customer-focused attitude with empathy and patience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations professionally
Willingness to complete all required training and certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or airline services
Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
Experience supporting international customers
