Languages required: Fluent Czech + good English

Work Schedule (24/7 Rotational Shifts)

Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)

3 rotating shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

Days off: 2 rotating days off per week

Role Overview

As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate content related to an e-commerce environment, ensuring quality, compliance, and a safe user experience. You'll make consistent, rational decisions while handling varying queue volumes, especially during promotional peak seasons.

• Strong moderation skills with accurate, rational decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Czech + English)
• Local market knowledge and cultural awareness
• Strong understanding/interest in e-commerce
• Ability to cope with high volumes during promotion seasons
• Customer service mindset: empathy, professionalism, and clear communication

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 920€ per month (paid over 14 months)

Performance bonus: 45€ per month (paid over 11 months)

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee monthly contribution required); free after 6 months of contract.

Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

Relocation Support

Relocation from outside Portugal:

• Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) — details shared during the interview
• No flight ticket provided
