The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive support to our customers. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Managing customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Expert Support: Providing clear information and expert guidance to ensure our customers have a seamless experience.
  • Professional Representation: Acting as the face of the company, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • System Navigation: Utilizing internal software to maintain accurate customer records and update information in real-time.

Schedule

We believe in a structured work environment that allows you to plan your personal time effectively.

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays).
  • Hours: Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM – 08:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Weekends always free.

Compensation & Rewards

We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. Your package includes:

  • Base Salary: 1,100€ gross/month (paid over 14 months).
  • Performance Bonus: 100€ gross/month (paid over 12 months).
  • Attendance Bonus: 100€ gross/month (paid over 11 months).

Who You Are

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2) is essential. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is valued.
  • Communication Skills: You are a natural communicator who can explain complex information clearly, concisely, and with empathy.
  • Problem-Solver: You have a knack for identifying customer needs and providing effective, timely solutions, even under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating computer systems and various software applications.
  • Positive Attitude: You bring a can-do mindset to the office and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
