    Your Responsibilities
    Content & Advertisement Moderation
    Review user-generated content and online advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
    Identify and remove content that violates internal guidelines.
    Trust & Safety Operations
    Monitor digital content to maintain a safe online environment.
    Detect potentially harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content.
    Risk Identification & Escalation
    Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams.
    Follow established procedures for handling sensitive content.
    Documentation & Reporting
    Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.
    Ensure consistency and quality in all moderation processes.
    Please Note: This role involves reviewing sensitive content, which may occasionally include scenes of violence or disturbing material.
    What We're Looking For
    Language Skills
    Italian: C1 level or higher
    English: B2 level or higher
    Attention to Detail
    Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment.
    Ability to make accurate decisions while following detailed guidelines.
    Resilience & Professionalism
    Comfortable working with sensitive online content.
    Able to maintain focus and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
    Technical Skills
    Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
    Team Player
    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
    Working Schedule
    Rotational Shifts
    Monday to Sunday
    24/7 operation (00:00 – 24:00)
    5 working days per week
    8-hour shifts
    40 hours per week
