We are looking for Content Moderators to join our team in Live Moderation for a global social media platform. As part of this dynamic team, you will help maintain a safe and engaging user experience by reviewing and filtering content according to platform guidelines.

Please Note: This role involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to violent, explicit, or misleading material.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor live-streamed content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

  • Review and assess reported content (videos, comments, and appeals).

  • Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content before it reaches users.

  • Ensure minors do not access restricted content or features.

  • Work in a 24/7 shift rotation (details provided during the recruitment process).

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines strictly.

Resilience and ability to handle sensitive content.

Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media management is a plus.

Work Schedule & Shifts:

40 hours/week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour break).

Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, including nights and weekends).

Two days off per week, scheduled in advance.
