We are seeking Content Moderators (Trust & Safety Specialists) to join our elite team supporting one of the world's most iconic gaming studios: Supercell. In this role, you will be the frontline defender of the player experience, ensuring that the gaming environment remains safe, respectful, and enjoyable for millions of users worldwide.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

As a Content Moderator, you will act as the Guardian of the Community. Your core responsibilities include:

• Content Review: Monitoring and analyzing user-generated content (text, chat, images, and videos) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards.
• Policy Enforcement: Identifying and taking action against toxic behavior, hate speech, harassment, scams, and inappropriate content.
• Quality Assurance: Making rapid, high-accuracy decisions in a fast-paced digital environment to maintain the integrity of the game ecosystem.
• Trend Identification: Spotting emerging patterns in community behavior or new types of violations to help improve safety protocols.
• Account Protection: Identifying fraudulent activities or cheating behaviors to ensure fair play for all users.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Linguistic Excellence: Near-native or native proficiency in Arabic and professional-level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• The Gamer Mindset: An understanding of internet slang, gaming culture, and how players interact online.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just see content; you see the context. You possess strong judgment and the ability to apply complex policies to nuanced situations.
• Resilience & Focus: Ability to maintain high levels of concentration and emotional resilience while reviewing various types of online content.
• Availability: Flexibility to work within a rotational roster (07:00–22:00) across a 7-day work week.
• Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the EU.
