The Package
Monthly Salary: €1,100 (Gross).
Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day.
Attendance Bonus: €100 monthly.
Welcome Bonus: €1000 will be paid in 12 months (1/12)
Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (2 days off per week).
Your Mission
You will be the guardian of our digital marketplace. Your key responsibilities include:

Quality Control: Reviewing and moderating content to ensure it meets global e-commerce standards.
Decision Making: Using your local market knowledge to make objective, rational decisions on policy compliance.
Adaptability: Staying current with policy updates and fast-changing operational protocols.
Safety: Protecting our community by identifying and escalating issues promptly.
Who We Are Looking For
Languages: Native-level Polish and B2 (Upper Intermediate) English.
Mindset: You are resilient, analytical, and comfortable handling sensitive content with a high degree of objectivity.
Professionalism: You have excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of integrity.
Experience: Previous moderation or customer support experience is highly valued.
