Schedule: Monday to Saturday – Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00

Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Italian and English.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure professional and timely responses to all customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Mindset: Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to shift work.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1000€ (per 14 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 100€ (per 11 months)
  • Full On-site Work
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term (6 months)
