Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site 100%)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a German Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients in German, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have strong communication skills in English. A passion for delivering excellent service and a desire to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service in German via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and assist customers with product/service-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:
Rotative shifts, 24/7 Monday to Sunday, with the following schedules:

  • 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
  • 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 10:30 PM - 07:30 AM

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).
  • Relocation Support:
    • From Outside Portugal: Shared apartment room for up to 12 months with rent of €280/month (all utilities included), deducted directly from the payslip.
    • Reimbursement of Airfare: Up to €400 (Economy Class) after the 6th month of the contract.
    • From Inside Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs up to €150 (Economy Class) after 6 months of the contract (for candidates currently residing in competitors' accommodation).
    • Temporary Accommodation:
      • From Outside Portugal: Hotel room for up to 28 days (depending on the project).
      • From Inside Portugal: Hotel room for up to 15 days (depending on the project).

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
  • Valid EU ID or equivalent documents (Residence card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visas under consultation).

Salary Conditions:

  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).
  • Transport Allowance: Not provided.
