Position Overview:
As a French Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing digital content for our French-speaking audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and enhances the customer journey across our digital platforms. From web copy to social media posts, email campaigns, and more – your words will be at the heart of our digital communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging digital content for the French-speaking market, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia content.

  • Content Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement, improving visibility and search engine rankings.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence in French-speaking markets by creating relevant, timely, and engaging posts that resonate with the audience.

  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, creating targeted content for specific customer segments.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all French-language content aligns with our brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor content performance through analytics, track KPIs, and optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Audience Engagement: Engage with the French-speaking community across digital platforms by responding to comments, messages, and feedback to foster positive relationships and increase brand loyalty.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and customer support to ensure content meets customer needs and business objectives.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, content strategies, and customer preferences within the French-speaking market to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential, with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with the international team.

  • Experience in digital content creation, marketing, or related roles, with a strong portfolio of work.

  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing strategies, and social media platforms.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Creativity and the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.

  • Ability to adapt writing style to different digital platforms and customer needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and content automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).

  • Knowledge of French cultural trends and market-specific nuances.

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.

  • Previous experience in the tech, logistics, or moving industries is a plus, but not required.
