Position Overview:
As a French Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand for French-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from French-speaking customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries, issues, and requests related to our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.

  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
