About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Hungarian-speaking Platform Integrity Associate to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help protect our platform by detecting, analyzing, and responding to violations of our policies related to fraud, abuse, and content manipulation. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, trustworthiness, and reliability of the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze user activity on the platform in Hungarian, identifying behavior that violates policies or threatens platform integrity (e.g. scams, abuse, fake accounts).

Investigate suspicious patterns and content, using internal tools to flag and respond to policy breaches.

Enforce community and operational guidelines through timely and consistent moderation decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Legal, and Product to escalate complex cases and improve enforcement strategies.

Stay current on platform policies, enforcement procedures, and emerging threats.

Help develop and refine workflows, reporting templates, and internal documentation.

Contribute to a culture of quality, confidentiality, and trust in handling sensitive data and content.
Requirements:

Fluent in Hungarian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

Exceptional attention to detail, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to recognize and assess risk in online user behavior.

Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially offensive material.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Authorized to work in Portugal.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in trust & safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, or risk operations.

Familiarity with online platforms, user behavior analysis, and digital investigations.

Knowledge of EU digital safety regulations (e.g., DSA, GDPR).

Experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or content management systems is a plus.
