In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand—providing exceptional support, solving problems, and making every interaction a positive one for our Italian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly and effectively

  • Guide customers through product features, processes, and best practices

  • Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements to the customer journey

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless support

  • Track, prioritize, and resolve customer queries using internal systems (CRM tools)

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting peers

What You’ll Bring:

  • Native-level Italian (spoken and written)

  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems (training provided)
