Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly and effectively

Guide customers through product features, processes, and best practices

Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements to the customer journey

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless support

Track, prioritize, and resolve customer queries using internal systems (CRM tools)

Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting peers
What You’ll Bring:

Native-level Italian (spoken and written)

Fluent in English (B2 level or higher)

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
