Position Overview:
As a French Client Relations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our client support operations, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. Whether you’re meeting clients face-to-face or providing assistance remotely, you will be the key to fostering long-term relationships with our French-speaking clientele. This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, allowing you the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with French-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions in French (via email, phone, and live chat).

Understand client needs and work with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proactive recommendations.

Manage client accounts, track issues, and provide updates, ensuring all queries are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Organize and conduct meetings (both in-person and virtually) to better understand client needs and maintain a personal connection.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Identify areas for service improvement, collaborating with relevant departments to implement process enhancements.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company services and value propositions to French-speaking clients.
Requirements:

Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with international teams.

Previous experience in client relations, customer support, or account management, ideally in a hybrid or onsite environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
