Position Overview:
As a French Client Relations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our client support operations, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. Whether you’re meeting clients face-to-face or providing assistance remotely, you will be the key to fostering long-term relationships with our French-speaking clientele. This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, allowing you the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with French-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions in French (via email, phone, and live chat).

  • Understand client needs and work with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proactive recommendations.

  • Manage client accounts, track issues, and provide updates, ensuring all queries are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Organize and conduct meetings (both in-person and virtually) to better understand client needs and maintain a personal connection.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

  • Identify areas for service improvement, collaborating with relevant departments to implement process enhancements.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company services and value propositions to French-speaking clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with international teams.

  • Previous experience in client relations, customer support, or account management, ideally in a hybrid or onsite environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive, professional relationships.

  • A proactive and results-driven approach, eager to solve problems and drive client success.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the tech, SaaS, or service industry.
