Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as your days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product information in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and follow up as necessary in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company processes, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Stay informed about product updates, company developments, and customer service techniques.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), including bank holidays.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
