Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Ghent. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in English, combined with proficiency in two of the following languages—Polish, Lithuanian, or Czech—is essential.

This hybrid role includes a rotating 24/7 shift system, offering flexibility for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings. Additionally, we provide a one-month accommodation package to assist with your relocation to Ghent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier customer service in English and either Polish, Lithuanian, or Czech via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets, including quality standards and response times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in two of the following languages: Polish, Lithuanian, or Czech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional, empathetic approach to customer concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and team-oriented, with the willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
