Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in French (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
