- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer accurate, clear, and effective solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in French (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
