About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our products or services is smooth, impactful, and value-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and aligning them with our solutions

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover from Sales

Proactively monitor account health and performance, addressing any risks or opportunities

Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to deliver a seamless client experience

Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support client renewals

Advocate for clients internally and help shape product improvements based on feedback

Track and report on client success metrics, satisfaction scores, and engagement levels
Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

Proficient in English (B2+ level)

2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and customer engagement tools

Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
