About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our products or services is smooth, impactful, and value-driven.

Your mission is to build long-term relationships, drive client satisfaction, and help our customers succeed using our solutions. If you're strategic, empathetic, and passionate about helping others thrive—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and aligning them with our solutions

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover from Sales

  • Proactively monitor account health and performance, addressing any risks or opportunities

  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to deliver a seamless client experience

  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support client renewals

  • Advocate for clients internally and help shape product improvements based on feedback

  • Track and report on client success metrics, satisfaction scores, and engagement levels

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in English (B2+ level)

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and customer engagement tools

  • Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
