Position Overview:
As a French-Speaking Online Content Analyst at CBT Moving, you will play a key role in managing and evaluating digital content, ensuring that it adheres to our guidelines and standards. You will assess user-generated content, identify trends, and ensure that the content remains relevant, safe, and engaging for our French-speaking audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of the platform while delivering a positive experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review & Evaluation: Analyze, review, and assess online content submitted by users, ensuring it meets platform standards and aligns with community guidelines.

  • Compliance Enforcement: Enforce content policies and guidelines for French-speaking communities, flagging inappropriate or harmful content when necessary.

  • Trend Identification: Monitor content trends, usage patterns, and emerging issues within the French-speaking user base to ensure proactive issue resolution.

  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product, legal, and customer support teams to resolve content-related issues, enhance user experience, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

  • Content Feedback: Provide feedback and recommendations on content quality, trends, and guidelines to improve platform standards and user engagement.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of content reviewed, decisions made, and actions taken, ensuring transparency and consistency in content moderation.

  • Quality Assurance: Continuously assess and improve content quality by identifying areas for improvement and working with the team to refine processes and guidelines.

  • User Interaction: In some cases, directly communicate with users to explain moderation decisions and provide guidance on content compliance.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication within the team.

  • Previous experience in content moderation, content management, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a high-volume environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining decisions to users in a professional and clear manner.

  • Knowledge of online content management systems, digital platforms, or social media is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of online content trends and user behavior, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to identify issues before they become larger problems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) or content moderation tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with online safety guidelines and digital content regulation.

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools is a plus.

  • Additional languages (e.g., English, Spanish, or Italian) are beneficial
