Position Overview:
As a German-Speaking Content Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing content across various digital platforms. Your work will help ensure that all content aligns with our company’s standards, policies, and guidelines. You will support the content operations team in ensuring smooth workflows, content review processes, and the seamless execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Operations Management: Oversee the daily content workflow, ensuring content is reviewed, organized, and published in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that content meets our quality standards, and report any issues or improvements needed for consistency and compliance.

  • Content Review & Editing: Review and evaluate content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice, ensuring it resonates with the German-speaking audience.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and legal departments to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and legally compliant.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in content operations processes and contribute to the implementation of improvements for better content workflows.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of content performance and workflows, using data to assess trends and make recommendations for content strategies.

  • Tool & Platform Management: Use content management systems (CMS) and other platforms to monitor, update, and track content performance across various digital touchpoints.

  • Support Content Strategy: Provide valuable feedback on content strategy to improve overall user engagement and satisfaction for our German-speaking audience.

  • Content Localization: Ensure content is culturally relevant for the German-speaking market, providing insights into local nuances and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with the international team.

  • Experience in content operations, content management, or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital platforms, or content publishing tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review and assess content for accuracy and quality.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with SEO and understanding of content optimization strategies is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve in real-time.
