Position Overview:
We are seeking a French-speaking customer support representative to join our vibrant team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will assist French-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, ensuring their needs are met through efficient and friendly service. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product-related concerns, technical troubleshooting, and more.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues quickly, focusing on first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
- Keep up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed set customer service goals, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and outcomes.
- Build positive customer relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in both French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong command of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings and evenings.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
- Job Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Salary: Competitive pay along with additional benefits.
- Start Date: Immediate availability.
Employee Benefits:

- Commuting Support: Uber fare reimbursement up to €25 to cover travel to early shifts (starting at 06:00 AM).
- Accommodation:
- Shared accommodation in Lisbon is available for up to 12 months.
- Rent is €280 per month, with utilities included, deducted directly from your salary.
- Relocation Assistance:
- Airfare reimbursement (up to €400 in Economy class) after completing 6 months of employment.
