Position Overview:

We are seeking a French-speaking customer support representative to join our vibrant team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will assist French-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, ensuring their needs are met through efficient and friendly service. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product-related concerns, technical troubleshooting, and more.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues quickly, focusing on first-contact resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Keep up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Meet and exceed set customer service goals, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and outcomes.
  • Build positive customer relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong command of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings and evenings.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Job Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Salary: Competitive pay along with additional benefits.
  • Start Date: Immediate availability.

    • Shared accommodation in Lisbon is available for up to 12 months.

    • Airfare reimbursement (up to €400 in Economy class) after completing 6 months of employment.
