  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • Occasionally: Availability from 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM
    Days Off: 2 Rotating Days Off per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated German Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, with accommodation provided in Porto, Portugal. This role requires flexibility and involves working on a rotational shift schedule. Monday to Friday shifts are from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, while weekends are from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Occasionally, you may be required to work until 07:00 PM. You will also have 2 rotating days off each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, address issues, and provide clear, accurate product information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving concerns and offering effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and services to deliver accurate and relevant assistance.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring follow-up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Adhere to company processes and guidelines to ensure a consistent service standard.
  • Be flexible with your working hours, adapting to occasional schedule changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including occasional evening shifts.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (if applicable).
