Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with Norwegian-speaking clients. Your role will include identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new leads within the Norwegian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to reach new customers and expand market presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to help improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (native or near-native level) and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and leads.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite in Hellas, Greece.
