Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction for our German and English-speaking clients. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, offering solutions and support while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support in German and English via phone, email, or live chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, including product issues, billing questions, and service concerns.
- Offer accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to ensure the highest quality of support.
- Meet performance goals and contribute to achieving key customer service metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work well within a diverse, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a flexible work schedule.

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
