What You’ll Do:

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate issues, answer questions, and resolve concerns with ease. Whether it’s through phone, email, or live chat, your goal is to provide exceptional service, turning every interaction into a positive experience. Your expertise and fluency in Dutch will be key in building strong, trusting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients across multiple channels (phone, email, and live chat).
  • Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate, detailed information to customers.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care, empathy, and a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and work to resolve concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers from start to finish.
  • Suggest improvements to processes and systems to help enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania.
