Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in contact centers or direct customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.
