Job Description:
We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our French-speaking users, ensuring they receive the highest quality of support and guidance. This position is available both onsite and in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, professional, and efficient customer support through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
  • Resolve user inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively and empathetically, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with product and service-related queries, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Communicate with users in a clear, concise, and positive manner, reflecting the company's tone and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in customer support services.
  • Follow internal procedures to document user interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, policies, and services to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in French (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Portugal or in a hybrid work setup.
  • Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with digital platforms or social media tools.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
