About the Role:

We are looking for a Nordics Digital Content Reviewer to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating digital content submitted by users in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines, safety standards, and community policies. Your work will help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for users across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review user-generated content in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), ensuring it complies with community standards and moderation guidelines.

  • Identify and escalate potentially harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

  • Apply company policies to make consistent and fair moderation decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including policy, legal, and safety, to address complex cases.

  • Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional resilience when handling sensitive content.

  • Provide feedback on tools and workflows to help improve the moderation process.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficient in English.

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

  • Comfortable reviewing sensitive, potentially disturbing, or offensive content.

  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

  • Legally authorized to work in Spain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, digital compliance, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with online platforms, social media, or community-based services.

  • Understanding of EU content regulations (e.g., DSA, GDPR) is a plus.

  • Additional language skills are a bonus.
