About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Italian-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services, ensuring quick resolution and a smooth user experience. This role offers both onsite and hybrid work flexibility, depending on your location and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, user-friendly instructions.

  • Log all technical issues, interactions, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and follow up on more complex cases.

  • Stay up to date with product updates, troubleshooting procedures, and system changes.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote trust in our technical support service.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or IT customer service is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and general IT concepts.

  • Legal right to work in Portugal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).

  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and CRM platforms.

  • Knowledge of specific technologies relevant to your company’s products (e.g., VoIP, SaaS, IoT).

  • Technical certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
