What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the go-to support for our Spanish-speaking customers, answering questions, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

Use your stellar English skills to assist and communicate effectively with our global customer base.

Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, delivering a seamless experience across multiple channels.

Transform customer complaints into opportunities, turning challenges into positive, lasting impressions.

Who You Are:

You speak Spanish like a native (C1 level or above) and are highly proficient in English (C1 level or above).

You’ve got a proven track record in customer service or any role where helping people is key.

Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can connect with people quickly and effectively.
