About the Role:

We’re seeking a tech-savvy and customer-oriented Technical Support Agent (Croatian-speaking) to join our growing support team in Lisbon. You’ll be providing technical assistance to Croatian-speaking users, helping them resolve issues, navigate product features, and ensure a seamless user experience.

This role offers the flexibility of working both onsite and from home, and it’s ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and working in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line technical support to Croatian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues

  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical solutions

  • Accurately log interactions and solutions in the ticketing system

  • Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when needed

  • Stay up to date with product updates, technical tools, and company procedures

  • Meet performance metrics such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards

What You Bring:

  • Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written)

  • Good level of English (B2 or above)

  • Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or similar role is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way

  • Tech-savvy and confident working with Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, or SaaS tools

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player

Working Hours:
