About the Role:
We’re seeking a tech-savvy and customer-oriented Technical Support Agent (Croatian-speaking) to join our growing support team in Lisbon. You’ll be providing technical assistance to Croatian-speaking users, helping them resolve issues, navigate product features, and ensure a seamless user experience.
This role offers the flexibility of working both onsite and from home, and it’s ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and working in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver first-line technical support to Croatian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues

Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical solutions

Accurately log interactions and solutions in the ticketing system

Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when needed

Stay up to date with product updates, technical tools, and company procedures

Meet performance metrics such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
What You Bring:

Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written)

Good level of English (B2 or above)

Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or similar role is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way

Tech-savvy and confident working with Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, or SaaS tools

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
