Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Italian Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team based in Lisbon, Portugal. This hybrid role will allow you to work remotely part of the week and enjoy collaborative, on-site team moments when needed. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Italian-speaking customers receive top-notch support and feel valued every step of the way.

As an Italian Customer Support Representative, your main goal is to provide seamless and personalized support, resolve inquiries with professionalism, and offer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, primarily in Italian, while maintaining excellent communication in English.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues related to products or services in a clear and concise manner.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently, ensuring a timely resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and operations) to ensure customer needs are addressed.

  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Proactively identify areas of improvement based on customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to team success and learning.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with the international team.

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support, ideally in a hybrid environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and empathetic approach.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a hybrid, flexible environment.

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
