Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic English Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our English-speaking customers across various communication channels. The position follows a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, and you will have 2 rotating days off each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support in English via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer clear, accurate product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and offering effective solutions.
  • Keep updated on product offerings, services, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant support.
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and assist in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in service quality.
  • Stay informed on product updates and customer service best practices to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for the location (if applicable).
