About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused and empathetic Croatian-speaking Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will assist Croatian-speaking customers with inquiries, provide product or service support, and help resolve any issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. The position offers the flexibility to work onsite at our Athens office or in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Croatian and English.

  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely assistance regarding products, orders, services, or account-related issues.

  • Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment and suggest improvements to customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a contact center environment is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn customer service software and systems.

  • Authorized to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.

  • Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Greek, German, French).

  • Background in retail, travel, telecommunications, or tech support is advantageous.
