About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused and empathetic Croatian-speaking Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will assist Croatian-speaking customers with inquiries, provide product or service support, and help resolve any issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. The position offers the flexibility to work onsite at our Athens office or in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Croatian and English.

Provide accurate, professional, and timely assistance regarding products, orders, services, or account-related issues.

Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Actively contribute to a positive team environment and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
Requirements:

Fluent in Croatian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

Previous experience in customer service, support, or a contact center environment is preferred.

Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn customer service software and systems.

Authorized to work in Greece.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.

Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Greek, German, French).

Background in retail, travel, telecommunications, or tech support is advantageous.
