About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Italian-speaking Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be the voice of the brand for our Italian-speaking customers, delivering world-class support and building lasting relationships. The position offers flexibility to work onsite or in a hybrid model from within Greece.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, tech support, etc.) to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and systems.

Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company values and delivering a consistent experience.
Requirements:

Fluent in Italian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

Previous experience in a customer support or customer experience role is a strong advantage.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Authorized to work in Greece.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk.

Background in retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or tech is a plus.
