About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Operations Associate to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our German-speaking customers throughout their journey, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless customer experience from onboarding to issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries via email, phone, or chat.

Manage and process customer orders, returns, and account updates with high accuracy.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Product to address customer needs.

Maintain and update customer records in internal systems and CRM tools.

Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and product availability to proactively manage expectations.

Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.

Ensure that all operational tasks meet company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:

Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or a similar client-facing role.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Legal right to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an international or e-commerce company.

Knowledge of order management or ERP systems.

Familiarity with additional languages such as Spanish or French is a plus.
