About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Operations Associate to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our German-speaking customers throughout their journey, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless customer experience from onboarding to issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries via email, phone, or chat.

  • Manage and process customer orders, returns, and account updates with high accuracy.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Product to address customer needs.

  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems and CRM tools.

  • Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and product availability to proactively manage expectations.

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.

  • Ensure that all operational tasks meet company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

  • Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Legal right to work in Spain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an international or e-commerce company.

  • Knowledge of order management or ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with additional languages such as Spanish or French is a plus.
