Job Description:
As a Swedish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our Swedish-speaking clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience. This role is based onsite in Malta and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
- Assist Swedish-speaking customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or a contact center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
