About the Role:
We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll provide top-tier assistance to our French-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Whether you're helping troubleshoot an issue, guiding customers through a product feature, or responding to inquiries with accurate and timely information—you’ll play a vital part in delivering a world-class support experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French (and English when needed)

Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience

Provide accurate product and service information and guide users through features or troubleshooting steps

Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Collaborate with other departments (tech, logistics, sales) to resolve complex or escalated issues

Stay informed on product updates, policies, and procedures through regular training

Contribute to team goals related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and response time
What You Bring:

Fluent/native-level French (spoken and written)

Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

Experience in a customer support or service-related role is a plus
