About the Role:

We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll provide top-tier assistance to our French-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Whether you're helping troubleshoot an issue, guiding customers through a product feature, or responding to inquiries with accurate and timely information—you’ll play a vital part in delivering a world-class support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French (and English when needed)

  • Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Provide accurate product and service information and guide users through features or troubleshooting steps

  • Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

  • Collaborate with other departments (tech, logistics, sales) to resolve complex or escalated issues

  • Stay informed on product updates, policies, and procedures through regular training

  • Contribute to team goals related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and response time

What You Bring:

  • Fluent/native-level French (spoken and written)

  • Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

  • Experience in a customer support or service-related role is a plus

  • Great interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
