About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented French-speaking Client Success Associate to join our team in Greece. You will serve as a key point of contact for our French-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success with our services. This role offers the flexibility of working both onsite at our Greek office and remotely (hybrid model).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of French-speaking clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

  • Guide clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of our services/products.

  • Understand client goals and proactively suggest solutions or optimizations to help them achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to address client needs and drive value.

  • Track client feedback, usage data, and account health to prevent churn and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Manage renewals and contract extensions while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Prepare reports and insights to showcase performance and impact to clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).

  • Experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients at various organizational levels.

  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

  • Legally authorized to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM and client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).

  • Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
