Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative fluent in Brazilian Portuguese to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach, engaging with business clients, and helping grow our customer base. Your main duties will include cold calling, upselling, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to current clients.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Record sales activities and progress in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to refine strategies and improve results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
