What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact: Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing a positive and solutions-focused experience.
- Solve and shine: Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and ensure smooth resolutions every time.
- Provide expert advice: Use your knowledge to offer customers tailored guidance and support for their specific needs.
- Manage bookings with precision: Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Handle challenges with professionalism: Address customer concerns or complaints with care and attention, leaving them feeling valued and heard.
- Stay organized: Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions to help improve our service delivery.
- Work closely with the team: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dutch speaker: Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must, with a talent for clear and empathetic communication.
- Customer-first mindset: You are passionate about delivering excellent service and ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
- Problem-solving skills: You remain calm under pressure and are quick to find effective solutions.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your willingness to learn and passion for helping others is what matters most.
- Adaptability: You can thrive in a hybrid work environment, comfortably balancing remote and in-office work.
