Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable German Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, with the option to work from our office in Braga, Portugal, on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, providing flexibility with 2 rotating days off each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries, provide solutions, and offer detailed product information.
  • Strive to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful assistance.
  • Record and track customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product updates, company news, and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
