Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers, offering expert support and resolving inquiries. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with weekends off. Accommodation in Porto will be provided for the duration of your employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver clear and accurate product information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, effective solutions to concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company services to provide accurate support.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required, including occasional adjustments to shifts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
