- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Occasionally: Availability from 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Days Off: 2 Rotating Days Off per week

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused German Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, with optional visits to our Porto office. This role requires flexibility, working within a rotational shift schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with occasional availability until 07:00 PM. You will have two rotating days off each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and accurate product information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions and resolving concerns quickly.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with your team to solve complex customer issues and continuously improve the service.
- Adhere to company procedures and best practices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Be flexible with working hours and adapt to occasional changes in shifts as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including occasional evening hours.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for remote work in Portugal (if applicable).
