We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients, helping them achieve business goals through paid search advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are meeting performance targets.
  • Work alongside senior team members to optimize campaigns, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad copy for better performance.
  • Assist in the creation of ad copy, keywords, and other assets for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Help create reports on campaign performance, analyzing results and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads updates and best practices to ensure campaigns are effectively optimized.
  • Support the team with troubleshooting campaign issues and providing solutions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure clients receive high-quality service and results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native Dutch speaker (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads products (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven marketing.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and develop your skills in this field.
  • English proficiency at a basic or intermediate level is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or Google Ads is a plus but not essential.
