Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Representative to join our team in Malta. This role requires fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish, as you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers. The position offers a hybrid work model (combining home and office work), along with a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch and/or Flemish via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and assist with troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify the root cause of customer issues and offer effective and appropriate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information to deliver accurate and helpful support.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to address their needs.
- Collaborate with your team to improve processes, share knowledge, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Log and track customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in computer usage, including CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- A customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Malta.
